What is the process for submitting samples and conducting tests?
Test request of the Customer is reviewed and feasibility of testing is conveyed to him/her. Customer must then submit samples along with test charges. Analysis shall be done at CRCTS on immediate basis and results shall be shared via email.
What is the process for submitting fees/ test charges?
CRCTS shall communicate to the customer the total test charges and bank details shall be provided for making the payment. Payment can be done via NEFT/ IMPS/ Online Banking/ UPI.
When do I receive results after samples are submitted?
Average Turn-Around-Time (TAT) is eight working days for analytical services. TAT may differ as per the demand of the method of analysis.
How can I receive a copy of my test results?
Analytical Reports are sent via electronic means. Hard copy of the report shall be dispatched upon request.
Do you provide service for microbial Identification?
Yes, Bacterial and Yeast identification is carried out using Automated Microbial Identification System (Vitek-2).
Do you provide service for antimicrobial testing?
Yes, AST is performed against common Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria, Yeast as well as Fungi.
Do you provide service for magnetic susceptibility test?
Yes, Magnetic Susceptibility Test is performed using Gouy Balance.
