By accessing or using the laboratory services provided by the Center for Research, Consultancy and Technical Services (CRCTS), you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services Offered

CRCTS provides laboratory testing services for varied materials. The specific services offered, including testing procedures, turnaround times, and pricing, are detailed in the service agreements or proposals provided to clients.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and representative samples for testing. Any information provided by the client, including sample descriptions and specifications, must be truthful and complete.

4. Testing Procedures

Testing procedures will be carried out in accordance with industry standards and methodologies. CRCTS reserves the right to modify or update testing procedures as necessary to ensure accurate and reliable results.

5. Turnaround Time

The turnaround time for testing services will be specified in the service agreement or proposal. While CRCTS will make every effort to meet agreed-upon deadlines, external factors such as sample condition and testing complexity may impact turnaround times.

6. Confidentiality

CRCTS will maintain the confidentiality of client information and testing results. Client-specific data and results will not be disclosed to third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees and invoicing details, will be outlined in the service agreement or proposal. Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Any changes to testing requirements or cancellations must be communicated to CRCTS in writing. Additional charges may apply for changes or cancellations made after testing has commenced.

9. Liability

CRCTS will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of testing services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Govt of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane District Jurisdiction.
